Although Brandeis offers great academic advising services for students, there is also a subset of advising for students on the pre-health track. Located within the Office of Academic Advising, the Pre-Health Advising office is determined to help students on their path towards the health career they wish to pursue. Scheduling is simple, as students can go online and find a time that works for them. There are also drop-in hours from 3 to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays. Students can make appointments with Jean Deo or Kate Stutz. A 30-minute meeting with the hard-working advisors can help students plan their health track and also see if they are moving in the right direction. There is a newsletter that informs students which events are coming up relating to different health paths. Not only can the advisors assist with course scheduling, they can also help students apply to health profession schools such as medical or dental school. They also offer an interview help service and assistance with applications.
