In a post on their website, Brandeis Hospitality has announced several new dining options on campus during the fall semester. The website states, “As students from across the globe begin their journey back to Brandeis University for the start of the fall semester, the Brandeis Hospitality team has been hard at work to welcome students back to campus. Students and Faculty will be amazed by all the new and exciting changes that will enhance their dining experience.”
In the Usdan Student Center, Usdan Kitchen has been upgraded with a rice station and a made-to-order pasta station. In addition, there will be a waffle bar “with in-house made compotes and coconut.” Two new restaurants have been added to the Hive: Lemon and Olive, which will offer “Mediterranean flavors done local,” and Hello Bowl, which will offer Acai bowls.
Farm Table at Sherman now features a build-your-own flatbread station, in-house paninis, a rice station and a made-to-order bowl station. In addition, there has been an upgrade to the breakfast nook. Meanwhile, Kosher Table at Sherman has new grain bowls and a new soup station on dairy days.
